Belt Dryer Machine

Brief introduction

ATWD series belt dryer machine is a kind of continuous type of hot air dryer, and its heating source can be steam, heat transfer oil, flue-gas or electricity, biomass. The fan is used for heat convection, transferring heat to drying material, and fresh air is supplied and humidity air is exhausted. In the drying time cabinet, the proper relative temperature and humidity can be well maintained. An important feature of the belt dryer machine is that most of the hot air will circulate in the cabinet, so the heat and mass transferring are strengthened and energy is saved.

Working description

Materials that to be dried are distributed on the conveyor belt by feeding device (Such as Star-shape material distributor, swinging belt, conveyor & elevator, grinder or granulator). Conveyor belt will go through the channel that consists of one or several heating units. Each heating unit is equipped with an air heating system and a circulation system. And each channel has one or several dehumidifying system. When the conveyor belt goes through it, hot air will pass though the material that on the belt from up to down or from down to up, so that the material can be dried uniformly.
